NFL Football Thanksgiving Day 2018 Schedule
Let’s check out complete matches for Thanksgiving Day 2018 including the streaming channel plus timings below.
Bears vs Lions (12:30 p.m. ET, CBS)
Here, we have two amazing teams. Everyone is hoping for a terrific match. Matt Patricia is leaving Patriots to join the Lions, and Matt Nagy is leaving the Chiefs to join the Bears. This means there are new coaches for both the teams. For Minnesota as well as Chicago, the expectations are a bit low. Everyone is supporting the Packers and Vikings, controlling the NFC North. But, we shouldn’t take any chances. This game could be important to manage a place in the division and even the wild card.
This game may have a major NFC wild-card impact. The Bears may become an NFL Cinderella Team, as they decided to add a few new players. Allen Robinson, Trey Burton and Taylor Gabriel will act as weapons against Trubisky.
Redskins vs Cowboys (4:30 p.m. ET, FOX)
Possibilities of having wildcard influences, this smacking game needs no explanation. Redskins and Cowboys are rivals, and it will be a match worth watching. These teams hate each other and will do anything to win the match.
But, that’s not it. Both the teams have made major changes. The Cowboys removed Dez Bryant as their top wideout and now have Allen Hurns, in his place. The Redskins bought in Kirk Cousins, after trading for Alex Smiths.
You can expect the blowout which happens if Dez signs with Washington. Because there are possibilities, he may do so. This keeps getting exciting.
Last year, on Thanksgiving the Cowboys got defeated by the Chargers, while the Giants were defeated by the Redskins on the same eve.
Falcons vs Saints (8:20 p.m. ET, NBC)
Two teams who will do anything to win. This is like a bloody war, and these two Southern teams will not play it safe. These two teams couple up becoming the most dangerous NFC South. The game could be very close to division title game. They will play in the third week, and it will be their only chance to defeat a top rival.
When you see Drew Brees and Matt Ryan playing, the expectations get quite higher. But, ironically, this game can prove to be a low-scoring one. Last year, the Saints defended themselves very well, and we expect the same this year. We can see the Falcons slowly improving their defence.
If Brees and Ryan play steadily, it wouldn’t be bizarre if this was an NFC Championship preview.
So, in all, we can expect to see three amazing games which will have implications on the wildcard entries. Also, there will be smashing matches worth waiting and watching. We can expect a tough competition between all the teams. In all, the matches cannot be missed.
