Super Bowl 2018 Halftime Show has been scheduled to be played on Sunday, 4th February 2018. The kick-off time will be decided later.
Venue
Super Bowl 2018 Halftime Show will take place in a dome, similarly as Super Bowl 51 did. But in 2018, the venue is further north. Thus the weather outside, we are afraid, will not be inviting. Minneapolis, with its state-of-the-art US Bank Stadium, is gearing up to host the 2018 Super Bowl. We are sure that it will host a grand show. Minnesota will have just finished organizing its second Minnesota Vikings season after being built in time for the 2016 NFL season.
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell announced as early as May 2014 that Minnesota and its new stadium is being readied to host the Super Bowl in 2018. The stadium seats 66,200 but can be expanded to fit up to 70,000 people.
This would be the first Super Bowl game played at The Metrodome in Minnesota after Super Bowl XXVI, in which “Washington Redskins” team won the match after defeating “Buffalo Bills” team, 37-24, on 26th Jan 1992.
